We are coating bacon burgers, double burgers, and other greasy sandwiches with grease barriers to reduce the amount of grease and moisture barriers to make sure there is no condensation on the bun while keeping it dry. To keep toppings such as lettuce and pickles crisp, steam release vents prevent heat from escaping and keep it where it is required.
The grease-resistant lining is more than just about the box. It also helps to maintain clean hands from customers during their meals. That's not something most restaurants consider when deciding whether or not to return to them.
Alternatively, the box can be lined with waxed paper or parchment paper to provide more drip control on oilier builds, or even to be used for brands that wish to have extra grease protection without having to change their base box material.
Structural Features Built for Real Service
A burger box must go through a couple of steps before it's served on a table: Kitchen staging, bagging, and a delivery bag that is tossed around. We construct the features that will, in fact, stand the test of that.
Boxes will not collapse when other orders are stacked on top of them, thanks to their strength and crush resistance.
